Please email your resume to annu@intraedge.com Several positions avaialbe - CTH or Long term contract Duration: 5 month CTH or 18 month contract Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate system and process solution development and delivery using industry standard business analysis techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the operation Work with cross-functional business and IT teams to elicit, analyze and document business needs and translate these into: Business Requirements/Solution Requirements.d documentation and management of Requirements Traceability Matrix Review requirements with end-users and secure approvals Review requirements with developers and answer related questions throughout design, development and testing phases Collaborate with project manager, software developer(s), test team and end-users to develop and implement Test Plan to test the solution Assist with testing when needed Support the implementation process by providing expertise to the end-users with respect to use of the system, techniques, best practices, standards and trouble shooting Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in business and/or systems analysis, with practical experience in all required business analysis disciplines Experience working within an industry standard methodology Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting and communicating business and solution requirements Experience documenting business process flows Strong core competency skills in documentation, organization, attention to detail, communications, independent/logical/critical thinking, and conflict/interpersonal relationship management Effectively work with all levels of management and end-users who may have varying technical abilities and business knowledge Basic understanding of how systems (objects, tables, applications, etc.) are built to deliver a business solution Strong Microsoft Office experience; specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications Experience with modeling tools such as Sparx Systems’ Enterprise Architect a plus Experience in banking and/or financial industry preferred. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from a four year university in Business or Information Technology related field; or 5-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Contact Management systems; Microsoft Access Database software; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software; MS Project -Visio.
