Finance for stock - Business Analysis Investment Research Financial Analysis
We are a successful small business who have been operating in the US for 18 months. Turnover has been over $1.5M, with a stable team of staff keeping things operating. Our challenge is now that with major stores like Babies R Us and other big players forcing us into 90 day terms, our cashflow is getting tied up into stock where we would like to be using it for further promotional activities to increase sales still further. This would be easy enough to get finance from the bank for the stock except for one issue we keep hitting - the company owner is a non resident, and only holds an ITIN, not a SSN. He even has a US issued AMEX (the only card company that would give him one without a SSN), so has a credit record in the US, however we keep hitting roadblocks with this SSN issue even though the company has a proven track record. If you are an expert in finance and have ways that we could get funds for the company to cover stock costs without people wanting to become shareholders in the company, please let me know what you can do and how much you want to be paid to achieve the outcome we are after.
