App name Photo Duel App description Photo Duel is a game of photographic skill. Players are teamed up and assigned a word, each player then has 24hrs to take a photo that best embodies that word (an example word might be "Sunset" or "Friend"). A third player is then chosen to judge the photos against the word and points are awarded. Industry Games & Recreational Number of screens needed 2 Workflow description There are 2 main screens in the app. The simplest screen is the leaderboard where players can see how they rank against other players. Each row in the leaderboard contains a photo of the player, their name and the number of points they have. The other screen is the main screen that shows the games, each game has a word, end date/time, photo of opponent and game state (e.g. finished, waiting on you, waiting on opponent, being judged etc). There should also be a button on this screen to start new games, and an advert will be placed on the screen until the user purchases an in-app item. Not only do I need the screens designing, but I also need a launcher icon, and all the assets for a Google Play store submission (I can create screenshots) but I need the feature graphic and hi-res icons also creating (if the hi-res icon is different to the launcher icon). Once the Android version is launched I'd like to work with the winner on designing the iPhone version too. So more work may be available in future 1-to-1. Style/theme ideas for the mobile app The attached images were ideas I had for the logo, but I'm open to any design being submitted at this point. The app itself is a cross between Instagram and Draw Something, so the designs might want to use them as inspiration. It needs to be fun and appealing.
