Help Desk Technician- Active Directory, Creating Tickets
Help Desk Technician Adecco Engineering and Technical is searching a Help Desk Technician for a large reputable company in San Diego, Ca. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper computer, account and e-mail operation so that end user can accomplish their day to day business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documents and actively resolving end user help requests. This will be a 6month contract Responsibilities: Creature support Tickets Leverage internal groups to escalate, prioritize and resolve problems in a timely manger for end users Manage 1st level support Provide web-based technical support to enterprise level customers, domestic and international Perform hands on fixes including but not limited to installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and configuring system sand applications Utilize Active Directory to create and managed end-user accounts- resetting passwords and group memberships Create and managed e-mail accounts and troubleshoot basic issues relating to MS Exchange Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Required Skills: Personal computer skills required (including basic network, PC hardware and MS Application knowledge) Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required Strong customer service skills Well organized Ability to support Smartphone Devices (BlackBerry’s, iPhone, iPads, Androids) Application Support experience with MS Office 2007 and 2010 Working experience with IPconfig, Active Directory and DameWare If interested please respond with an updated resume: email@example.com Or call 858-812-9812 Ext. 15 Thanks James Ramirez -Senior Technical Recruiter If you are interested in this opportunity or other opportunities available through Adecco Engineering and Technical, please apply online or email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org The Adecco Group is a Fortune Global 500 company and the global leader in HR services.
