This is a 6 months+ CONTRACT position. Sr SQA Engineer / QA Lead– Client-Server Testing Job Description: Sr. SQA Engineer is responsible for client-server software platform testing which includes: • Define test strategy and plan test actives by closely working with development team • Test case specifications / test case development, ensure test coverage • Drive test automation • Define Quality criteria/check lists for each milestone/ release, track release quality and test reporting • Release management Required Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field • Minimum 4 years of experience in the required skills Required Knowledge / Skills: • At least 2 year of experience in leading QA activities. Must have strong knowledge in Quality Assurance process & procedures. • 2 years of experience in white box testing with expertise in API testing and automation. • 6 months of Python experience with strong knowledge in scripting and automation using Python • 6 months of work experience in C or C++ or white box testing of C or C++ • Strong Linux knowledge • Experience with SQL and working with databases • Good knowledge in HTTP protocol • Excellent communication skills and able to work independently with development team • Basic knowledge in using Continuous Integration servers • Knowledge of SCRUM is a plus • Experience in leading 2-3 members QA team Send your resume to sangeeta@mumbatech.com for immediate consideration.
