Job Title: Excel Developer /Report Analyst Location/City: Raritan, NJ Title: Excel Developer/Report Analyst Duration: 6 months + Rate: DOE Location: Raritan, NJ Client: The world’s largest consumer health company providing medical devices and pharmaceuticals is seeking an Excel Developer to function as a Reports Analyst. Job Description: Report Creation and Management. Individual with ITAS/GS experience so they know the teams, functions, and members in ITAS/GS to quickly resolve issues with minimal direction. Focus the short ramp-up time to reporting dashboard and not organizational teams. Excellent communication skill. Individual will be working closely with Portfolio managers, metric owners, business analyst, Directors, Managers, and VP’s to create ad hoc and monthly reports. Individual will be required to coordinate and communicating progress throughout production and publication of the reports Good collaboration skills Analytical with database concepts knowledge. , Ability to apply professional principles to effectively summarize the data. Required to analyze report request, extract data from various systems, validate data and interpret results. In addition to calculating, reconciling and validating information, this individual will perform in-depth analyses, while ensuring the timely and accurate dissemination of information. Present analysis in the best, most accurate manner to maximize the utilization of data. Skills Required: Excel Proficiency in MS Excel (MS Excel 2003, 2007, 2010) advanced Formulae and functions Experience in Macros, Pivot Tables, V Lookup, H Lookup, etc; Experience in Excel reporting, writing macros/excel programming Experience in Metrics dashboard creation and analytical reporting Share point Hands-on working experience with MOSS 2007 (earlier on Share Point 2003) Must have worked on most of the following: Web Part Development Workflow development Info path form Development Integration experience with Excel, Share point and Power point Looking for report analyst not pm or ba Will work with VP / Directors to gather reporting requirements Collaborate with other teams to get data from them Interpret, analyze and reconcile and present data 2 roles - 1 technical - technical in the sense - eg: have experience looking at best ways to keep file sizes small (current excel sizes are more than 10 MB) ; good knowledge of what excel 2010 can do, more depth knowledge on redesigning reports, pivot table best practices etc. Less technical role would also need extensive analytical and data manipulation skills Experience with SharePoint and pharmaceutical industry is a huge plus Skills Summary: Excel Reports Analyst Report Creation and Management Pivot Table, V lookups, H lookups, Macros, Metrics Dashboards, Ad-Hoc Reports SharePoint Please send resumes to: 1508-MH2025@apply.maxhire.net
