Works closely with business partners and external vendors to determine requirements and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of applications/enhancements, often using new technologies. Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans/scripts serve customer needs. Perform tests and work on remediation of issues. Expected to support and assist projects that encompass and impact many associates. Frequently updates project plans and communicates changes to management. • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience • 3 years of relevant work experience • Strong knowledge of Project Management, operating policies, procedures and practices • Detail oriented, self starter, and ability to work independently • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others • Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills • Effective time-management skills • Ability to multi task, work with short deadlines and perform well under pressure • Advanced skills in Excel & Access • Advanced skills in SQL2005 • Create, perform, and analyze ad hoc query requests • Be able to translate business needs into effective and comprehensive/complete business requirements and test scripts
