This Business Process consultant will be working with a project of Data Quality, covering the processes of: - Customer Master Data Management CODS - Data Change requests - Account Hierarchy - Affiliations - Data Privacy - Opt-in Your Responsibilities as BPC: - Implementing and deploying of the different harmonized processes - Challenging the requirements, propose alternatives and workarounds where appropriate - Supporting thinking-out-of-the box mentality - Gathering local requirements and understanding the impact on harmonized processes - Reviewing solutions to validate their alignment to the set requirements - Etc Skills: - Experience in CRM processes and systems in a pharma environment - Oracle 10g, 11g 5+ years experience - Process, Risk, Incident & change management 3+ years experience - SalesForce.com 5+ years experience - Veeva 5+ years experience - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong project manager skills - Language: English is essential - Pharma Experience is a plus The details of the contract include; Start date: August / September Duration: 2 years and possible extensions Rate: 520 daily rate Location: 50% Belgium, 50% EMEA To find out more about this excellent opportunity, please apply via the link or call me on the number below:
