The Company: We, Kotiko AS are one among the fast emerging store for outdoor sports in Norway. Objective: KOTIKO AS would like to strengthen our marketing team and we are in need of a dynamic Campaign Manager, who can help us to expand our business and take the company to new horizons. Job Title: Campaign Manager Job Description: To drive new business, put together a marketing plan that targets specific markets and creates programs that address customer wants and needs. Also need to be a thorough professional who work behind the scenes to plan, implement and track the success of marketing campaigns that funnel leads into the company's sales pipeline, and generate sales revenue. Assist in the development and design of client acquisition, cross-sales and retention programs aimed at supporting the sales force in their efforts to retain and grow clients. Key results area: Increase traffic into our stores through the use of campaigns. Tasks Involved: Task 1: Plan campaigns for our stores: Komplettklatring.no / Komplettyoga.no / Komplettklatring.dk / Komplettsport.no Task 2: Produce and monitor the production of promotional materials: * Posters * Flyers * Blog Poster * Free Poster * Directories * digital directories * Ads * Headers and images to the front of our stores Task 3: Run the campaign when finished on: * Facebook * Our blogs * Advertise Share promotional videos where this is appropriate Change our stores so that they convey the ongoing campaign Sending out newsletters with campaign information Task 4: Report results and ROI for campaigns and for our active marketing channels. Skills Required: * Advertising * Email Marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), * SMM (Social Media Marketing), * SMO (Social Media Optimization) & SEO (Search Engine Optimization), & Business Plan and Marketing Strategy, Creativity, Designing Skills and affiliate marketing Job Requirement: Since marketing campaign managers are primarily responsible for running marketing programs, event planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills are very important. These professionals must have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, as well as experience working with different departments and levels within an organization. Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office and knowledge of a second or third foreign language are also valuable in marketing campaign manager roles We are looking for someone who has experience in marketing efforts in the past.
