This role is a crucial one within the eCommerce organization. The Analyst's objective is to conduct analysis on our client's eCommerce Platform projects, identify impacts to the eCommerce Support Teams, and eCommerce Control Center tool in advance of releases for projects. The Analyst will then need to author business and functional requirements and create details wireframes to meet the needs of the identified impacts. A typical day will include the following: * Provide accurate estimates of effort and timelines for completion of assigned tasks * Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance, and product needs * Business and functional requirement gathering as well as obtaining and translating requirements for the development team * Creation of detailed page-level wireframes for the eCommerce Control Center tool which will require a deep understanding of user-centered design, concept generation and modeling, requirements gathering / documenting / tracking, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver on new business initiatives and platform enhancements * Engage with the Development Team during iterations to provide clarity, answer questions, and resolve issues * Conduct peer reviews to solicit feedback on materials created * Plan, facilitate, and participate in User Acceptance Testing * Document implemented changes and distribute to Support Teams Skills / Experience Required: * 2+ years of experience in an eCommerce or IT related environment * Solid understanding of computers and applications (Microsoft Office '07) * Visio experience is preferred Strong people skills * Ability to communicate clearly * Ability to multi-task * Ability to learn quickly / take initiative * Must be willing to work in a challenging and fast paced environment * Strong analytical skills
