This is a project to identify whether a small sample of data (~10k records) has a facebook profile and to extract basic information from the profile (up to 40 attributes). The algorithm will consist of: - parsing a full name (which may have last name first or first name first) - search for a full or partial match - identifying the city / country - identifying if it's the same country - considered a hit - calculating distance (via gmaps etc.) between listed city and a given lat/long for a given name Programming language can vary, but python or C# is preferred.
