Volt is looking to fill several positions for a local company in Colorado Springs for Assemblers with Soldering experience. Candidate will perform a wide variety of assembly and processing tasks on electronic, electrical and mechanical subassemblies using various hand tools and power tools. Performs basic testing, inspection, and may repair/rework PCB's. Soldering tasks will include adhering wires to printed circuit boards. Candidate completes other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience in an electronics manufacturing environment and recent soldering experience. Must have previous experience working under a microscope as well as the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Basic PC skills and ability to learn customized software. Manual dexterity to work with very small components and attention to detail is a must. Must have previous experience working in a clean room environment, and be able to stand for long periods of time.
