The Contractor will partner across various groups within benefits administration and benefits design. The candidate will work with the benefits administrator to resolve service recoveries, and audit requirements against processes. This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities: Act as Service Delivery contact for Aon Hewitt partners and other business partners as needed. Day to day process review Service recovery/Issue analysis, planning, execution, and documentation Escalation point of contact Regulatory Changes Requirements review and audit Process review and audit Process control identification and documentation Other responsibilities as assigned Skill/Experience Requirements Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities 3-5 years of employee benefit administration Knowledge around employee benefit regulations Ability to process and maintain confidential, sensitive information Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and prioritization Familiar with system data feeds, data flows, etc. Comfortable working independently and as a team player Interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities 3-5 years of employee benefit administration Knowledge around employee benefit regulations Ability to process and maintain confidential, sensitive information Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and prioritization Familiar with system data feeds, data flows, etc. Comfortable working independently and as a team player Interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail
