The Contractor will partner across various groups within benefits administration and benefits design. The candidate will work with the benefits administrator to resolve service recoveries, and audit requirements against processes. This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities: Act as Service Delivery contact for Aon Hewitt partners and other business partners as needed.
