Customer Service Representative-Yennora
Advanced level of Excel is a prerequisite 6 month contract Start work immediatly. Or client who are a global organisation and an industry leader, are seeking a professional and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their established logistics team. Reporting directly to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience for their customers, and will be responsible for providing status information on orders, resolving logistics issues, inclusive of updating customer and operational reporting and site administration. Key Responsibilities: Respond to phone and email enquires sent from the client relating to orders, deliveries and transport Providing operational and administrative support and assistance to the Facility Operations Manager and Operational team. Liaise and channel communications effectively between operations and customers KPI reporting and analysing completion of COD Transport/Freight planning on an ongoing basis Review and develop processes and procedures that will continually improve all warehouse and administrative functions Develop and maintain effective relationships with external and internal client base Selection Criteria: Advanced level in the use of Microsoft Excel Proven extensive Logistics/Freight experience is essential Excellent communication skills verbal and written Great attention to detail Advanced problem solving skills Sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications For more information on this role please contact Jennifer on 02-92777061
