This position will serve as an Business System Consultant within Lending Business Services (LBS) platform management team mainly responsible for developing and administrating SharePoint intranet solutions including ongoing maintenance, support, and clean-up activities. Responsibilities could also include authorizing, editing and formatting technical manuals, project and/or technical documentation for print and electronic use Responsibilities: - Customizing and developing SharePoint master pages, page layouts, and workflows. - Administering and managing sites and sub-sites including security and site design and content - Implementing SharePoint solutions that are high quality, scalable and extendable - Maintaining standardized site templates to include branding and desired graphical and content continuity - Implementing process automation of manual functions through application development and integration of other external and internal tools - Troubleshooting and resolution of issues with the SharePoint environment -Working within enterprise-wide and internet guidelines and following brand guidelines and the organizations documentation design for print and electronic materials - Authorizing, editing and formatting technical manuals, project and/or technical documentation Minimum Qualifications: - Working administration knowledge of SharePoint Server 2007 - Proficient in SharePoint Designer 2007, Dreamweaver, and Infopath - Experience with parsing XML - Javascript using the jquery SharePoint library - Experience with XSLT coding - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly and effectively to changing business initiatives - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to multi task - Proven ability to evaluate and translate complex information into an easy readable format
