Test Lead An International Clinical Research Client currently has an opportunity for a Test Lead on a contract basis in Dublin, Ireland. The Test Lead will have primary reasonability for ensuring the completion of testing tasks for one or more projects. Working in an agile/Scrum development methodology, the Test Lead will review user and functional requirements and provide feedback. The Test Lead will test early versions of functionality and develop increasingly complex manual test scripts and traceability. Test Lead Required Experience: Extensive experience working as a Test Lead in a large, corporate environment Extensive experience managing test activities (resource/cost/schedule/metrics) on large, complex projects Key Responsibilities: Identify and solve complex or sensitive problems that have been escalated to executive level Demonstrate appropriate interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with clients and/or business partners Research, learn, distribute information within the organisation regarding software testing tools, techniques and market trends Ability to provide direct input to project estimates and documentation (project plan documents, FRS Design docs) The IT Division of Morson International has an excellent track record in the supply of IT skills across the full IT life cycle.
