To manage, plan & oversee any change into the print operation. To engage with all operational stakeholders within print, ensuring their requirements are understood & implemented including: • Reconciliation • MI/BI, • Planning • Testing • Stationery changes • Control documentation • Operational User guides. To support operation during transition • Training • Testing • Defect management • Wellness checking • Updating & maintaining various documentation • Communication • Liaise between Operation & Business Units • Support Business Units during validation process • Produce progress updates Please note: Operation means the physical print & insertion area, incorporating mailroom (hand packing), dispatch & consolidation. You will be working with Front Line Managers, Flow Leaders & operators of differing levels of knowledge & experience. Experience/Skills Highly motivated with a strong customer focus and service orientation is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential with the ability to adapt style to reflect varying audience levels. Excellent knowledge and understanding of Print & Mail.
