Urgent Bug Fixes, Website Compatibility, Wordpress Mods - CSS HTML WordPress
A website that has been in development for the past 2 months is nearly complete. The original developer is unable to finish the remaining bug fixes, cosmetic changes, required functions, and compatibility updates during the next week due to starting on another project. The website being developed is and a contractor will be awarded the job in the next 24 hours and expected to start immediately. All the work is required to be complete by Thursday, August 9th. The following is not an exhaustive list of the work required to be complete but is an idea of the type of issues that need to be dealt with. Testing of the site will occur daily next week to weed out all bugs and fix whatever issue comes up. The site needs to be ready for public launch by next Friday. The contractor must be very proficient to be able to read the existing code and how the wordpress template operates and be able to implement and fix the problems. 1. Put the phrase, "Join our newsletter and Inform me of any health and fitness deals." next to the checkbox for signing up to the mailing list on the registration page. 2. Checkboxes not displaying nicely in IE on the listing page. Checking the box puts a tiny dot in the middle of a big rectangular box. 3. Not all the required fields are currently required to continue to the ad preview page in the ad listing. 4. The Go button for the search is not showing up in IE 5. Make ad listings expire in 30 days, which still stay in their account but not live anymore. I think I set that in the back end but not sure if it is set correctly. 6. Limit ad listing only in 1 category. I set it in the back end but I think you made the ad listing page custom so it's not connected. Just want to remove the Category + option so that you cannot post to more than 1 category at a time. 7. Put the Featured ad block in for the Recently Added listings on the view more page. 8. Scaling issues with the site not stretching properly while resizing window. 9. Bugs occurring with the site displaying improperly on mobile devices. The website is based on Wordpress and is using the Classifieds Theme which has been heavily modified. Desired Skills: CSS HTML WordPress Keywords: Website Design, HTML, CSS, WordPress
