Project Manager 12 Month Contract up to £575 P/D Depending on Experience   I am currently recruiting a Project Manager with proven re-franchising project experience working within the transport sector. The ideal candidate will works alongside the Lead Specifier during prior to the ITT being issued to bidders, thereafter they will to work alongside the Procurement Lead up until project completion this could follow a project process lasting between 18-24 months.   To be successful for the role you will need to ensure projects are delivered in line with corporate and programme governance arrangements, be able to prepare and obtain approval for the project documentation, including the Project Brief, Project Initiation Documents and Project Stage Plans while maintaining the issue and risk registers. Also you will develop and monitor project plans, drawing management attention to potential and actual delays while constantly monitoring and reporting the progress of the project to stakeholders.   The ideal candidate will have experience of:- Leading the planning and implementation of the project The ability to define project tasks and resource requirements, while managing project budget Experience in planning and scheduling project timelines Experience in  bids and tender Ideally you will come from a transport background Confident in tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools A background in providing direction and support to project team Ideally a qualification in project management such as PRINCE2 or equivalent Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management Knowledge of project management techniques and tools Immediate start required please send applications through to c.ishac@parity.net
