Position Details: Position: Data Entry Specialist (Part-Time Nights) Location: Westlake Village, CA Hours: night shift 4PM-9PM Pay Rates: Competitive Contract Pay Rates PLUS benefits Length: 6 months 7/16/2012 - 1/14/2013 Minimum Requirements: *Looking for minimum of 1-3 years in an administrative and/or data-entry type capacity. *Must be proficient in MS Word and Outlook. *12K+ kph *The ability to comfortably navigate through a computer is a must. Responsibilities: *Enters and verifies alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone, into a computer database. *Handles complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts or transactions that require error-free work. *Can resolve problems related to correct data entry procedures, but may have to refer unusual problems to manager. *May code, search, extract and interpret information to determine correct input procedure. *May coordinate the workflow of other operators.
