Chef Manager required on a temp to perm basis for a school in Northwood Hills. Essential Criteria: • NVQ level 3 in Catering or Supervisory Management or Equivalent or extensive recent experience in a similar role. • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Food Safety or above • Extensive experience of budget control, cash handling, staff management as well as being able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of HACCP. • The ability to be creative when producing menus as the successful candidate will be in charge of creating and implementing menus for the new sixth form café and all special events. • Responsible in the management and performance of the whole school catering provision that complete 2000 covers per day. Hours of work: 5 days a week, term time school hours only. Rate of Pay: £11 per hour. Start date: September 2012 Work related references are required. Please apply with CV and covering note.
