Help me manage 3 properties in Arizona - Admin Assistant
I'm looking to hire someone that can help me manage 3 rental properties in Arizona near Gilbert/Chandler. This will be a long term relationship with monthly fixed income. I already have a property management company that deals with most things. However I need help with the following: 1. Every time there's an HOA violation, remind me to deal with it until it's taken care of. 2. Occasionally make a few phone calls for me and potentially drive by a property (I expect once every two months or so) 3. When there's an outstanding issue, remind me to follow up until I resolve the issue. 4. Login online once a month to make sure things look normal and let me know if anything that I should be aware of. I'm offering $50-75 a month. Keep in mind that I already have a property management company but I mainly just need someone to remind me to be on top of things. NOTE: you must be within driving distance to Gilbert/Chandler.
