SAP Developer/ SAP HCM Developer/ HCM Certified wanted Skills needed: SAP, HCM, ECC 5.0, ECC 6.0. E-Recruitment My Swansea based client is looking for 3 SAP Developer/ SAP HCM Developer/ HCM Certified who are certified in HCM. These contracts will be initially 6 months and can pay �450 a day. Primary responsibilities of the SAP Developer/ SAP HCM Developer/ HCM Certified will be to assist and support the upgrade of SAP ECC 5.0 (ERP2004) to ECC 6.0 (EhP 6) in the area of SAP HCM, specifically Performance Management, Learning SoO or E-Recruitment, (specifically Externally facing). *Provide SAP Application Configuration Development responsibilities for the upgrade *Provide continuous improvement solutions in relation to the upgrade. *Provide advice and recommendations in relation to the upgrade. *Provide application support function within ICT Application Management *Provide testing support function within ICT Application Management *Provide guidance and support to the process owners in the role of Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) associated with the upgrade This job is based in the Shared Service Centre where the over-riding standard is one of customer service. The ICT Configuration Specialists will, amongst other functions, be responsible for: *Delivering quality SAP problem resolutions in a timely fashion in accordance with the Upgrade Project *Ensuring design and configuration adhered to outlined principles and is tested in accordance with testing strategy Ensure all relevant documentation is maintained accurately in appropriate repository Essential Skills needed by the SAP Developer/ SAP HCM Developer/ HCM Certified: *At least 1 successful full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations in the area of HCM, specifically Performance Management, Learning SoO or E-Recruitment, (specifically Externally facing).. *At least 1 successful upgrade from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 (EhP 5 or higher) in the area of SAP HCM, specifically Performance Management, Learning SoO or E-Recruitment, (specifically Externally facing). *A successful track record working in ECC 5.0 or higher in the area of SAP HCM, specifically OM, PA, PM, TEM or E-Recruitment, (specifically Externally facing). *SAP knowledge of SAP HCM specifically Performance Management, Learning SoO or E-Recruitment, (specifically Externally facing). *Working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with HCM specifically Performance Management, Learning SoO or E-Recruitment, (specifically Externally facing). Desirable: *In-depth operational knowledge of Shared Service Centres *Understanding of the ITIL processes around Change and Release management. *Project Management methodology knowledge Essential *SAP certified in SAP HCM Spring Technology is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
