Our client, a major teaching hospital located in Brooklyn, has an immediate need for an experienced medical professional to provide genetic counseling and education of prenatal at-risk patients as well as pre-pregnancy counseling based on risk factors under the direction of the MFM medical director. Job Duties & Responsibilities - Provides consultation to prenatal and pre-pregnancy patients and families as indicated. - Assists with general consultation for all OB patients prior to genetic screening - Completes consultations in ecw and tracks patients needing follow up - Assists the MFM Medical Director with coordination of out-of-network referrals Bachelors degree required, and at least years experience in genetic counseling for Women's Health, Spanish preferred.
