I want to build a PHP based web API (stateless preferably) that would be accessed by a desktop application (written in VB.net) through a wrapper (dll). am looking for 2 things: 1. skeleton code (working) for the PHP web APIs 2. skeleton code (working) for the .net Wrapper (dll) we'll later fill in the actual programming logic.
