Topstaff Employment is looking to recruit experienced Bar and Waiting staff for forthcoming events at Ayr Race Course. NOTE - Transport is provided from a central location in Glasgow. MAIN DUTIES • Preparations of the bar area ready for service as per clients instructions • Service to customers, cash handling • Control of liquor stock • Follow correct health & safety procedures to ensure welfare of both staff and customers You will also be required to assist in the cleaning of the bars and restaurants at the end of business. Experience and flexibility are essential as some events are early morning start with late finishing time. This role would be ideal for candidates looking for extra work. Candidates will be well presented, have good communicational, social skills and the ability to work with others within a busy working environment.
