This role is a project manager to create all Commercial Portfolio governance efforts. The client functions that are in scope include: Veeva/SFA, Incentive Compensation, Commercial Analytics, Customer Master, Sales Reporting and Data Management/ODS. This is a business alignment role governing the related IT projects. The PM will be aligned with a program manager to execute communications and framework. This role will be responsible for creating and managing many of the day to day portfolio governance assets such as overall program plan, risk log, investment schedule, and progress reporting. 1. Develop and maintain portfolio reporting to clearly articulate business and IT impacts associated with portfolio changes. 2. Develop and maintain reporting on resourcing to convey resource capacity and implications of multiple, parallel running projects. 3. Develop and maintain cadence for regular updates to reporting, risks, issues and project schedules amongst the Project/program managers assigned to projects within the Portfolio.
