Job Description Experian Decision Analytics is building a new training and education team to develop a comprehensive blended learning programme in support of its key objective of driving global sales growth for its decisioning and credit risk software. An exciting opportunity to join the team on a 6 month basis. As a key member of this team you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining e-learning courses and training programmes to empower the sales organisations to sell the software effectively and enable the delivery teams to implement with maximum effectiveness. Purpose of the role: · Conceptualise, design, develop and implement visually-stimulating and interactive e-learning content to support the move to a fully blended learning approach and methodology. Responsibilities: · Apply instructional design theory to create storyboards, scripts and content for new e-learning modules and materials. · Come up with new ideas for course design templates such as appropriate images, graphics, charts and other multi-media formats. · Develop different ideas to represent technical and text-based information into an engaging and interactive format. · Critique existing materials and convert to e-Learning where appropriate in line with best practice methodologies. · Work with Software Product Experts to understand key topics for inclusion into the e-learning materials and define key learning objectives. Skills and experience: · Proven upto date expertise inthe use of tools and processes used in the delivery of on-line materials with proven experience in producing technology based training materials. · Demonstrable skills in the areas of: o Rapid development tools - Flash, Photoshop, Captivate, Articulate and other standard e-learning development tools o Graphic design – image sizing and editing o Video production o LMS/Web/SharePoint authoring/deployment · Proven ability to implement e-learning design principles, especially blending multimedia and graphic elements that compliment user learning styles. · Simultaneously manage multiple products and deliver against new product roll out timetables. · Understanding of adult learning theory/learning styles is desirable.
