Our client, located in New Haven, Connecticut, is seeking a Technology Trainer. The chosen candidate will work with the Research Administration Department supporting the roll out of a new electronic grants submission system for their medical school providing a variety of training and analysis services. Qualifications: College Degree, masters preferred 5+ years of IT Training experience, preferably with a respected college or university Experience working with stake holders to ensure training meets corporate standards and guidelines Experience providing training in a variety of modes including classroom, one on one and self service training Experience devising a training curriculum, training plan, training schedule Experience assisting with business readiness assessments Experience working as a business analyst to identify gaps in process, systems or training needs Experience with change management Experience with InfoEd is a plus
