Recruitment Manager - Retail Banking Remediation Project
Our client is a leading Outsource Provider involved in Payment Protection and Remediation Projects (PPI) The business are urgently seeking a HR and Recruitment Manager (Recruitment and Retention Consultant) to ensure that this fast moving environment receives the staff and contractors that it needs - and keeps them, motivates them, provides excellent training, a competitive salary and bonus structure, whilst ensuring that the work environment is productive. Recruitment and Retention are two of the main aspects of this role - working in a fast paced - high volume processing operation. The challenges that the business is currently facing, in addition to Recruitment and Retention are around training and development, supplier management, and the advancement and motivation of staff and contractors. This role is of significant importance to the business - to ensure that this operation continues to meet its obligations to their client (a retail bank - PPI Programme). You will be responsible for creating, developing and managing communication strategies and frameworks as well as ensuring the teams are aware of changing internal priorities and challenges. The purpose of the role is to develop and execute a strategy to drive high performance and embed this into their culture - which is focused on production and quality. This role is based in London - and is working for a leading Business Process Outsourcing Consultancy - into a retail Financial Services organisation. You will be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining recruitment and retention strategies within this very fast moving business unit - to drive high levels of performance and embed this into their operating procedures. You will need to have previous demonstrable experience setting up a similar function within another large processing department, in a retail financial servicing organisation, together with the creation of strategies, processes and operational capabilities. This is not a purely resourcing role - you will have to show experience gained at dealing with senior stakeholders, and staff retention initiatives. Due to the nature of the business you must have worked within an organisation that was going through a significant period of change, in a fast paced environment and have been successful in the recruitment and retention of a large temporary/contractor workforce.
