Position: Photography Producer (long-term freelance) Location: Rhode Island Status: Freelance Estimated Duration: Ongoing, possibly for a year Starts: ASAP Rate: $25-35/hr Job Description: Our client is a major consumer goods company located in RI. They are looking for an experienced long-term freelance Photography Producer to join their team. Responsibilities include: - Liaison between studio and internal client relative to production needs - Communicate clearly with Studio Manager regarding billing and be able to generate and manage estimates and budgets - Schedule and facilitate the pre and post-production meetings, determine project scope and direction - Conceptualize and execute photography projects including being present at shooting sessions - Coordinate talent / outside vendors - Be on-set during all shoots - Provide support for archiving / tracking projects - Ensure images are secured and ready for creative production processes Qualifications: - 3+ years producing photo shoots - 3+ years negotiating with vendors (e.g. set designers, caterers, hair/makeup artist, wardrobe stylist, child wranglers, set designers) - Able to create and manage project budgets. - Excellent communicator - oral and written - Able to multi-task under tight deadlines Pay rate is $25-35/hr DOE Interested and qualified candidates apply now!
