This is a 4-6+ month contract opportunity with possible extensions. Must work onsite in Ann Arbor, MI. No telecommuting available. MUST HAVE CAPTIVATE EXPERIENCE! Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Instructional Design with e-learning development or related web based development learning experience. 3 years or greater experience designing and developing adult instructional materials and web-based courses required. Samples will be required. Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles. Prior experience building e-learning modules working within an e-learning development team, PC and desktop applications, i.e., Microsoft Office suite, competency. Adobe experience - requires recent active use of Captivate (v5.0 or higher); Audition or Audacity (add/edit audio). Experience using Dreamweaver to create html pages; skilled enough to use Dreamweaver for design and CSS. Experience in use of TechSmith SnagIt, Experience working with or using a Learning Management System. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with internal and external (dept.) customers. Excellent organizational skills; able to handle multiple assignments. Desired Qualifications: Experience with linear and non-linear web-based course development, Captivate Quiz development and electronic evaluations development. Experience with Adobe e-learning or CS packages such as Photoshop; Adobe Presenter.
