I have a custom WordPress website almost developed but need help of a skilled WordPress developer to help complete my current status. The website is a vacation rental website being created to directly compete with , , and I strongly recommend review of these websites with as much detail as possible to understand what I expect the website to look like when completed. I estimate the website is 75%+ completed and needs roughly 25-35hrs to complete it. After completion of the website I will like the same developer to support my needs when the website may encounter errors or other unforseen problems as it continues to grow. I would like to complete the website as soon as possible. It is required I have all ownership and control of any custom programming. Also, it is required I can contact my developer very easily based on hours in Arizona, United States. I plan on being the administrator of the website for this purpose I am having it made in WordPress which I understand. Some features that need completion are as follows; 1. Completion of third part systems to be integrated into the website like Paypal (I already am subscribe to the premium version where a customer can check out on the website), Twilio, contact subscriptions. 2. There is a half-functional script that updates the running total a listing will cost, taking into account any previous payments that have been made, which will be passed in to Paypal before submitting the listing or updating. 3. An area on the homepage where it shows top-rated properties isn't styled yet, it's still just a list. 4. Add a page where I can add pdf forms for others to download. I will use this aspect to bring in potential customers by offering them free vacation rental or management information through pdf forms. It would be great to also offer calculators like "estimate your monthly payment" and etc. I would like to add ebooks people can download and other downloadable content. I would like the flexibility of being able to put these things in categories that show up on the page for easy navigation. 5.Social Media enhancements so they are more noticeable (we also need to add "Pin It" and "Add This" and any other trending social medias) 6. Newsletter set up 7. A video upload option for each property listing 8. Mobile version of the website (Google wants to see this optimized and helps with SEO) 9. Each listing should have an active calendar showing the availability to rent the property. This needs to be controlled in the customer user admin page with the rest of their listing. 10. Large Homepage photos - These will be used as a featured section for my customers at an additional expense. I need this to allow me to advertise as many photos as desired and easily controlled. When the picture is clicked it needs to go directly to the listing. 11. Is there a way an add can easily be placed on craigslist by clicking a button on the customer user admin page. Like a craigslist ready ad maybe they copy and paste over if this simplified the process. 12. Each listing needs the option for a customer to be able to add a link to point to a personal website if they have one.
