Need Help With Wordpress Site

We just created a wordpress site and are having some difficulties seeing the site properly in ie7 ... in all the other browsers the site seems to be working fine. There may a few other small things that we need completed and or adjusted on the site. We looking to work with someone that has a lot of experience and is very proficient working with the wordpress css and building wordpress sites.
