PeopleSoft Technical Payroll
PeopleSoft Lead Payroll Technical Environment: The client is working on one of the largest PeopleSoft rollouts dealing with HCM, Financials, SCM, and CRM. They are currently finished with phase 1 which has 6 of 36 units live with HCM and Ben/Ben Admin, and Payroll. The client currently needs a very well-spoken senior resource to work on phase 2 of the Payroll rollout. The client requires a senior level expert Payroll Technical resource. Project: The client is rolling out 9.1 they will be deploying some manual updates, doing some support, and moving to the next rollout right away. This person needs to be a very strong technical resource with senior level skills in coding, development, testing, parallel testing, documentation, being a lead, and great communication skills. This consultant will be hands on 100% of the time, but they will need to have been a lead in the past. They need to have completed several FLC's of payroll and been a lead so they can drive the FLC from start to finish, but also be hands with each phase. This role requires a 10 year plus veteran. This role will be a 100% technical role, BUT the consultant needs to be able to deal with some basic configuration aspects. The person needs to have a solid background on PeopleSoft HCM, and Payroll. Although the person will need to be well versed with HCM and Payroll interfaces and how they work simultaneously in an environment, the person's main responsibilities will be Payroll focused. Complete knowledge of all the tables in payroll and set up of those tables is necessary. This consultant will need to be well versed with the core HCM database set up as well. The consultant will need to be very analytical as they will heads down developing all necessary code. This means the consultant will need to be an expert with peoplecode, tools, app engine, component interface, SQL, SQR, etc. This consultant will deal with extensive file transfers as they go from the old system to the new one, the consultant must have experience with this activity. . This person will be customer facing, so good communication skills are required. Required: - PeopleSoft Payroll 10 years - PeopleSoft Lead - Technical background senior - PeopleCode, Tools, App engine, Comp interface, SQL, SQR - 9x at least - Complex payroll rollouts - Multiple FLC's - Basic functional knowledge - Well spoken
