Content/KB Article Writer Knowledge Base, Call Centers, Product Studio, HTML Experience Writing Step-by-Step Processes/Procedures Microsoft Style Guide for Technical Publications PAY RATE: $19-20/HOUR Volt has a position available in Issaquah for a Content Writer/KB Article Writer to work as part of a team. Position Description: The Writer will be working with a small team that manages the Knowledge Base article creation, as well as updates for Our Client's Customer Service division. Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, the Writer will be responsible for: Writing new Knowledge Base articles, on Redmond Software Giant products, for a Call Center audience. This will include step-by-step procedures that will help the Call Center staff walk a customer through the resolution to his/her problem(s). Updating and making changes to older KB articles. Writing general content about Our Client's products. Publishing content using an HTML-based tool, so that Customer Service agents can access the information. This is an estimated 6-month contingent/temporary position in Issaquah, WA, through Volt Technical & Creative Communication, which is headquartered in Redmond, WA.
