We need a script that we can automate from our website which will search against a given URL and identify cookies that would be placed onto a browser including session, permanent, first party, third party, standard, HTML5 and Flash. Ideally LAMP but if it can be called by a script and results fed to a database then any language is fine. This needs to replicate a visitor browsing through the website so will require some spidering of pages/links within the same domain.
