Volt is looking for a talented Sourcing Specialist with experience in a field relating to computer technology, software development or engineering. This is a fast-paced position requiring a can-do attitude, impeccable customer service and the ability to roll with the punches and adjust to your surroundings on a moment-by-moment basis. The Sourcing Specialist will be a first-level contact to candidates applying for positions through Volt Workforce Solutions. This individual will spend the majority of their day knee-deep in Boolean search strings trying to find the perfect candidate for our clients. Your other major duties will include calling passive candidates, completing phone screens and pre-qualifying candidates on behalf of the recruiters. At the end of the day, our duty is to ensure we're sending Volt's clients the best possible candidates - period. The Sourcing specialist will work closely with recruiters, business development managers, onsite support teams, delivery managers and employee relations representatives to fill in the gaps and support the recruiting process.
