FINTEC recruit is seeking a Buyer for our Engineering client. This is a 3 -6 months full time contract role. Be qualified at CIPS chartered or working towards this, qualified at foundation or Practitioner level.. Able to travel to various other UK divisions . Working as part of a team with various stakeholders and suppliers. Raise and manage purchase orders and pricing schedules. Manage requisitions and negotiate and manage Negative buys. Support supplier audits and monitor performance of suppliers. Understand and implement contract requirements. Basic working knowledge in contract law and a knowledge in supply chain and procurement of goods and services. Good IT skills and IFS knowledge desirable. Full details available on application.
