Position Overview: This developer will need to be able to help plan, organize, develop, test and implement web and or windows console applications. There may also be a need to create training material and conduct training classes, help manage the first line of support for the company and other related duties as assigned. Requirements/Responsibilities: This position requires a seasoned .Net / C# developer that can recode existing applications from Classic ASP and VB6 into C# MVC applications and SharePoint C# web parts as well as creating new applications from business requirements. This developer will also need to have experience working in Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS), three tier development environments, be able to effectively comment their code, create test cases and perform details test on all code. Required Qualification or Skills: -Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 / 2010 -Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 -Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET Web programming -Knowledge in MVC and MVVM development models -Web Service, specifically SOAP and REST Services -Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 -Microsoft .NET framework -Classic HTML, DHTML & HTML 5 -Classic ASP and JavaScripting -Microsoft SQL Query language / Database programming -Microsoft Office applications to include Visio 2010 -Detailed orientated, excellent written communication skills; time management; organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
