Kforce is seeking a Storage Engineer for a Pennington, New Jersey client. Description of Functions: * Provision Aggregates, VOLS, Qtrees, and Options on NETAPP and EMC NAS Storage * Use CLI to perform day to day tasks * Be responsible for provisioning storage, building NETAPP Filers from the ONTAP level, and scripting commands for Filer updates The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): * NAS Administrator with NAS experience and Systems Administrator with UNIX and Windows experience are preferred * Strong UNIX VI skills * Working knowledge of NETAPP DATA ONTAP 7x on 2000, 3000, and 6000 class Filers * Familiar with CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, and ONTAP CLI commands * Familiar with following replication technologies; Snap mirror, SnapVault, Snapshots, Mirror View, Snap View, and SRDF * Experience with UNIX, Linux, and Solaris * If possible, an individual with knowledge of our client's Storage solutions processes and infrastructures Candidates must work on site at the following locations: Charlotte NC, Hopewell NJ, or Jacksonville FL.
