This person must be an expert in Identity and Access Management Architectures. Duties include: Leads the development of an enterprise identity management technology and process strategy. Performs system capacity planning to ensure appropriate growth and evolution of the systems. Identifies and leads identity management process improvement and leads development of new processes to improve the timely and accurate execution of user access changes. Analyzes and tunes performance of strategic identity and access management applications. Uses Client Server tools to verify proper operation of complex configurations. Required Skills: 15+ years in comparable position or obtained specialized certificate.
