Accounts Assistant Salary circa 17k Maternity contract Full time – 9am – 6pm Mayfair, London We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work in our Head office in Mayfair to cover a Maternity contract for 6 – 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate/Junior candidate that wants to get into the Finance industry. For this position you will – • Reconcile Sales logs at month end with the team • Produce turnover reports for each department and send this out answering any queries that may come in • Reconcile, Property Management, Renewals & Client Accounts logs at month end • Send out final Lettings reports for the Head of Residential • Dealing with Credit note checks The ideal candidate will have – • Exceptional Excel & IT skills • Good communication skills • Property knowledge preferable, but not essential • Happy to work on your own or in a team Benefits include 23 days starting holiday.
