Systems Analyst – Desktop Support - DoD Client: Fortune 50 Leader in Healthcare! Department:Enterprise Engineering Services Role: This person will be working on STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides) and the OS / browser. Perform validation of image to specifications Validation of browser Working with groups to harden the image Required: Must have 3 to 5 years documented technical support experience within an enterprise environment (1,000 systems or greater). Experience within government, Department of Defense (DoD) or similar military settings. Experience with NSA, DoD, DoD IA, DIACAP, S-CAP preferred. Must have excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, printer, and network issues in a Windows Active Directory domain structured environment. Experience supporting Windows XP/7, MS Office 20XX, Symantec Endpoint Protection, & various COTS software via a Ticket system. Windows Server 2008 R2, Citrix XenApp, and Thin-Client experience a plus. Must be able to lift and install computer equipment. Must be able to pass a National Agency Background Check (NAC) and possibly obtain/hold a secret security clearance.
