FACILITIES MANAGER MBIFM - 6 MONTH CONTRACT
A BIFM Facilities Manager ideally with service charge budget experience is needed for a 6 month contract, client facing facilities management role based in the City. The role is working for one of the UK's leading facilities management providers looking after a mixed portfolio in the City. In addition to managing & preparing service charge budgets, you'll be responsible for managing a small team and all hard & soft services across a mixed portfolio of buildings. *Preparing, managing & monitoring service charge budgets *Managing hard & soft services *Staff & contractor management *Setting, monitoring and managing KPI's and SLA's *Client liaison *Health & Safety *Contact procurement *Multi-site management This is a 6 month fixed term contract for an MBIFM Facilities Manager. You will be experienced in looking after all aspects of FM including hard & soft services, you must have external client facing skills and people management skills. You will be looking after and preparing service charge budgets, working strategically on the portfolio including looking at contractors, health & safety and planned maintenance regime. Ideally you will have MBIFM and either IOSH or NEBOSH. Due to the number of responses we receive to our advertisements we are unable to respond individually to each application.
