I would like to create 50 - 200 emails per day that will then have a delayed send time and be sent either from outlook or my gmail account to buyers of my products. The easy part will be creating the email. Each email will have 4 - 5 variables in it (i.e. email, Name, name of the product purchased, and a link based on the product which they purchased). All of this info will be included in an excel sheet report I have based on my purchases (shows purchases from the last 30 days). One vlookup may be necessary to correctly identify which item they purchased based on a separate report. I would also like to have one variable be the greeting which is added to the email and I would like to be able to adjust that each day (i.e. "Hope you are having a wonderful Monday morning", "Hope you enjoyed your Christmas", etc.) The program must also allow me to filter which buyers to send the email to based on when they made the purchase (this info is included in the excel report). Most days I will only want to send the emails to the people who purchased their goods 10 days previously, but maybe sometimes I will want to send the emails to the people who purchased the goods 10, 11 and 12 days previously. I want to be able to determine it based on the date the purchase was made. Then I will need those emails transferred to either my Outlook account or my gmail account and each one should have a delayed send time. Each email should be delayed to be sent in 45 second to 90 second intervals (random variation in the timing between each sent one is preferable). The emails should be sent to the buyer between 10AM and 12PM depending on the time zone which they are in (the US state from which the buyer is from can be found in the excel report). Program must be able to handle between 50-200 emails a day by simply uploading a csv or excel report.
