This project is to create a dynamic, mobile data capture solution for iOS (iPhone and iPad). This solution is loosely based on the Open311 (http://open311.org/) protocol for sending location-based service requests and issues to authorities. The app is used to capture requests by workers in the field and must support ‘store-and-send’ functionality for areas outside mobile coverage. If the device has network connectivity, the data will be sent immediately and the request will be assigned a ‘lodged’ status. Otherwise it will be assigned a ‘pending’ status.
