Hello Coders, I need a coder to help me develop a new real estate website. There are two possible ways to develop this project. Option A: use some sort of back end platform (Wordpress, Joomla, .. etc) to handle the basic content management and then program the various add-ons or applications that are needed specifically for this project as plugins or widgets. Option B: Code everything from scratch including the content management, membership system, etc. This project is basically broken into many small segments. The first part is used to setup the front end of the system. This includes developing the look of the pages, the basic content management system to add content to the pages and to develop the online database and membership system (with admin panel) that will control all aspects of website access. The second part of this project will be to begin the development of the individual components of this real estate site including the database that will contain the property portfolios. The various members areas, the reservation system, the availability calendar, and various other components that will be detailed later. The third part of this system will be to develop the components that would be used to manage the sales or marketing process that occurs during the property booking process, including managing advertising, handling enquiries, and other related components. This project has many other additional phases and I would outline them in detail as the other phases of the project get completed and are online. I am hoping to find a coder willing to work for the long term and help me develop this entire project to completion. This would be a full time position paid monthly in arrears.
