Independently test and manage complex projects from initiation through implementation. Write test plans and exit reports. Manage defects and lead project defect calls. Participate in analyzing requirements and in the design phase of the project. Interface with client leads and other development organizations. 3-5 years software testing experience. 1+ year experience on mainframe projects. HP Quality center and strong analytical skills. Knowledge and experience with SDLC methodologies experience a plus. Broad testing and test management experience on IT projects with mainframe focus. Proven success in software testing and test management strongly required.
