Job Description: Are you looking for a great opportunity to work as a Loan Processor at a prominent financial services corporation? We have a great 6-month opportunity that may be extended towards the end of the assignment at our client company in Brecksville. The Loan Processor will be responsible for processing subordination requests on consumer loans and lines of credit submitted by internal and external lending institutions. Processor will review loan documents for accuracy and determine if request must be submitted to Underwriting for a full review. Processor will also generate subordination documents and will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary signatures appear on the documents before faxing/mailing the documents to the appropriate party. Processor should have familiarity with loan documents, including commitment letters, loan applications, title reports, and appraisals. Processor should also have good written customer service/grammar skills for effective communication with lending institutions. Emphasis on: strong computer skills, with a mortgage/banking background. Will be working with a team that is trying to determine the true property value (will order titles, review title, order lein info). Subsequent analysis of information will be necessary to determine what loan should be valued at. No relocation assistance is available.
